I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in Illinois and working in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago. I offer counseling to couples and individuals. I believe that there are myriad ways to acknowledge and be in relationship with others, the strongest of which is when all parties are consenting and participating in equitable ways.

I am inspired by the way broader social systems function and how they influence intra- and interpersonal relationships. Accounting for entities outside of one's own reach, immediate control, or understanding, and recognizing the significant impact this has on one's functioning, is an important aspect of my approach to therapy.

My approach is eclectic. I work relationally. I think systemically. I draw on cognitive behavioral, and dialectical behavior therapy techniques. I have experience working with folks who have experienced trauma, depression, and anxiety. I bring curiosity and compassion as I support people navigating major relationship challenges and life changes.

I am always developing and honing my skills as a therapist, and am grateful to my clients for letting me grow with them.

When not working, I am tending to my plants, riding all around the city by bike, socializing with friends, painting, or reading.
